nice rooms, every evening the whole hotel and everything around starts to stink of burnt wood and smoke so close your eyes if you have asthma it will be very difficult for you, it is not possible to open the window, the whole room will stink of smoke. I don't know why it is. it's a very bad experience, breakfast was identical all 10 days, I mean 200% the same, nothing has changed, it's hard and not pleasant. you are forced to eat because you are hungry and what you have has long been tired.

An amazing and romantic hotel with a very friendly staff. The outside pool area is the best feature of the property with sun all day. It is the best place to relax. The food is really good and the breakfast is lovely, especially to be enjoyed outside. It’s the fourth year in a row that we have visited in the summer and certainly not the last

The rooms here are so spacious. We had 1 and a half bathrooms (that mean a room with a toilet and bath/shower and ine with just a toilet). The area is so beautiful, the hotel has a mineral bath (i believe it's called that). The food there was great as well as the best service we have had at hotels in Italy. Bravo Bellavista

My family and me used to go here every summer since I was a little boy. Many great memories were made here which I will cherish forever. Delicious food, the friendliest people offering great service. Definitely worth a visit!

Good hotel, clean, rooms are of normal size. Breakfast OK for a individual guest, for the groups not so good.

Great breakfast Nice rooms - a bit old looking It feels that the pool is not properly maintain - i looked dirty The staff was very kind! And useful! Its located at the very center of the therma springs, but if you wanna go out at night you will need a car, and maybe go out of the city

A charming hotel right next to the terme. They do need some maintenance but the room overall was clean and spacious, kind staffs, great spa facilities & we had a delicious dinner at the restaurant - great portion and sumptuous Tuscan cuisines in fixed menu.
